Ingredients
🥔 3 to 4 large potatoes

Instructions
1- Prepare Potatoes:
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Dice them into large cubes.
- Place the diced potatoes in a pot. Cover with cold water and add 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
- Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
