Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).

2- Blanch the Green Beans:

- Add the green beans and blanch for 3 minutes.

- Drain again and set aside.

- Gradually pour in the heavy cream and milk, whisking continuously until smooth and slightly thickened.

- Turn off the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
7- Combine with Green Beans:
- Fold in the blanched green beans and 1 cup of crispy fried onions.
- Stir to coat them evenly with the sauce.
8- Assemble the Casserole:
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the remaining crispy fried onions.
9- Bake:
- Place in the oven, uncovered, and bake for 30 minutes.
