Ingredients

🥄 1/3 cup sour cream
🥄 1/4 cup mayonnaise
🌶️ 1/2 jalapeño
🧄 1 clove garlic
🌿 Cilantro (as desired)
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🥑 1/2 avocado
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1- Prepare the Filling:

  • Heat a pot over medium heat, add the ground beef, and brown until all excess water evaporates.
  • Add the garlic and onion to the beef, sauté for a few minutes until the onions soften.
  • Stir in the diced jalapeño, bell pepper, and taco seasoning packets, and cook for another couple of minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, add lime juice, cilantro, and cheese. Mix well and let the filling cool completely.

2- Assemble the Wontons:

  • Lay out the wonton wraps and use water to moisten the edges.
  • Place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wrap. Fold into a triangle, sealing the edges firmly.

3- Cook the Wontons:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly coat the wontons with cooking spray.
  • Air fry the wontons for 8 minutes, making sure to turn them halfway through cooking.
