For the Egg Mixture:

Instructions
Prepare the Asian Zing Sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients: brown sugar, honey, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, corn starch, garlic, and ginger.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiled, set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:
- In a bowl, season the chicken breast pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Creole seasoning, and salt. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
Prepare the Flour Mixture:
- In another bowl, mix together flour, corn starch, smoked paprika, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
