Ingredients

Instructions
1- Preheat:
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
2- Prepare Ingredients:
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Zest and juice the lemon, and chop the strawberries.
3- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk, then add the milk and whisk again.
- Stir in the melted butter.
4- Combine Cake Mix:
- Add the cake mix, lemon zest, and lemon juice into the wet mixture.
- Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
5- Prepare Berries:
- In a small bowl, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour over the blueberries and chopped strawberries.
- Mix to coat them lightly with flour (this will keep them from sinking during baking).
6- Fold in Berries:
- Gently fold the floured berries into the cake batter, being careful not to overmix.
7- Prepare Baking Pan:
- Grease a cake pan with vegetable shortening or nonstick spray.
