Ingredients

π§ 8 oz Pearl mozzarella

Instructions
1- Prepare the Bread:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cut the loaf of bread into thin slices.
- Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and place them in the oven.
- Toast until crispy and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
2- Prepare the Topping:
- Dice the tomato into small pieces, chop the basil finely, and mince the garlic.
- In a medium bowl, combine the tomato, basil, and garlic.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture, add the salt, and gently fold in the Pearl mozzarella.
- Pour in the extra virgin olive oil and mix all ingredients well to combine.
3- Assemble the Bruschetta:
- Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven.
- Top each slice with a generous amount of the tomato-mozzarella mixture.
