Instructions
1- Prepare the Rolls:
- Spray a large tray with cooking spray.
- Arrange the frozen dinner rolls on the tray, cover them with plastic wrap and a heavy towel to speed up the thawing process. Allow them to thaw for 20-30 minutes.
2- Cook the Chicken:
- Boil the chicken breasts in a pot with enough water to cover them, adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt for flavor.
- Cook the chicken for about 30 minutes until fully cooked. Alternatively, use a pressure cooker on the chicken setting with a splash of water.
3- Prepare the Filling:

4- Stuff the Rolls:
