Instructions

1- Prep the Veggies:

  • Cut the onion into large chunks.
  • Mince the garlic and ginger.
  • Trim and halve the green beans. Set aside.

2- Marinate the Chicken:

  • Slice the chicken into thin, bite-sized strips.
  • In a large bowl, mix the chicken with corn starch, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper.
  • Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.

3- Make the Sauce:

  • In a bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and corn starch. Set aside.

4- Cook the Veggies:

  • Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Stir fry the green beans for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the onions, garlic, ginger, and dried chilies. Stir fry for another 3 minutes. Remove from wok.

5- Cook the Chicken:

  • In the same wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Cook half of the chicken until fully cooked (internal temperature should be 165°F).
  • Remove and repeat with the remaining chicken.
