Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create evenly sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Season both sides of the chicken with the spice mixture.
2- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until it’s golden and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest and cool before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
3- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a generous amount of salt.
- Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water. Let it sit in a colander.
4- Prepare the Caesar Dressing:
