Instructions

1- Prepare Chicken:

  • Flatten the chicken breasts between parchment paper using a meat mallet for uniform thickness.

  • In a bowl, combine lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Season both sides of the chicken evenly.

2- Cook Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook the chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165Β°F). Set aside to rest, then slice into strips.

3- Make Caesar Dressing:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Keep some dressing aside for dipping.

4- Prepare Caesar Salad:

  • Chop the romaine lettuce and add to a mixing bowl. Pour over some Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
