Who said salads have to be boring? Meet your new lunch obsession, this Chicken Caesar Wrap is made with juicy pan-seared chicken, crisp lettuce, and dreamy homemade Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a tortilla then toasted to golden. It’s the wrap you didn’t know you needed 😋🌯

Ingredients

🍗 2 chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

🍋 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder

🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder

🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika

🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt

⚫ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

🫒 3 tablespoons olive oil

Caesar Dressing:

🥄 1 cup mayonnaise

🌿 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

🌊 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)

🍋 Juice of 1 lemon

🫒 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt

⚫ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salad and Wrap:

🥬 2 hearts of romaine lettuce

🧀 1 cup Parmesan cheese shavings

🥖 Croutons (to taste)

🌯 3-4 large tortillas

Instructions

1- Prepare Chicken:

  • Flatten the chicken breasts between parchment paper using a meat mallet for uniform thickness.

  • In a bowl, combine lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Season both sides of the chicken evenly.

2- Cook Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook the chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Set aside to rest, then slice into strips.

3- Make Caesar Dressing:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Keep some dressing aside for dipping.

4- Prepare Caesar Salad:

  • Chop the romaine lettuce and add to a mixing bowl. Pour over some Caesar dressing and toss to coat.

  • Add the sliced chicken, Parmesan shavings, and croutons. Toss everything together until well combined.

5- Assemble Wraps:

  • Gently warm the tortillas to make them pliable.

  • Lay each tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the Caesar salad in the center.

6- Wrap and Toast:

  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to form a wrap.

  • Toast each wrap in a preheated pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.

7- Serve:

  • Slice each wrap in half before serving.

  • Serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
