Ingredients
For the Chicken:

Instructions
1- Marinate the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or overnight for best results.
2- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a pan over medium to high heat.
- Add olive oil and unsalted butter. Once the butter has melted, add the marinated chicken breasts.
- Cook each side for about 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (75Β°C).
3- Rest and Slice the Chicken:
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. This ensures the juices redistribute evenly.
- Once rested, slice the chicken into strips.
4- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
- Grate the English cucumber into a towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine the cucumber, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and salt.
- Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
5- Assemble the Pita Wraps:
- Lightly toast the pita bread on both sides using a small amount of avocado oil.
- Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on the pita.
- Add shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, tomatoes, and red onions.
