📦 1 box chocolate cake mix

🥫 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
🥫 1 (7.6 oz) can table cream

🍦 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
🍯 1 (14 oz) jar caramel sauce
Instructions
1- Prepare the Cake Batter:
- Start by preparing the chocolate cake mix as per the instructions on the box. Set aside.
2- Make the Flan Mixture:
- In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, table cream, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3- Prepare the Baking Pan:
- Generously spray a Bundt pan or cake pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the caramel sauce into the bottom of the pan, spreading it evenly. You can use the entire jar or just half, based on your preference.
4- Assemble the Cake:
- Pour the prepared chocolate cake batter over the caramel sauce in the pan.
- Gently pour the flan mixture over the cake batter. It will naturally separate during baking.
5- Prepare the Water Bath:
- Place the cake pan inside a larger roasting pan.
- Fill the roasting pan with about 2 inches of hot water.
6- Bake the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cover the cake pan with a piece of foil sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Carefully place the roasting pan with the cake pan inside in the oven.
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 to 40 minutes.
7- Cool and Serve:
- After baking, remove the cake pan from the water bath and allow the cake to cool for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Once cooled, carefully invert the cake onto a serving plate.
