Instructions

1- Prepare the Dough:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, yeast, salt, and egg. Stir well to mix.
  • Add the flour and melted butter to the mixture. Using a mixer, mix for 3-4 minutes until a dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 1 hour, allowing it to double in size.

2- Prepare the Filling:

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until evenly combined.

3- Assemble the Cinnamon Rolls:

  • Once the dough has rested, roll it out on a floured surface. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle with additional flour.
  • Evenly spread the cinnamon filling over the rolled-out dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log, then cut it into individual rolls. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

4- Bake the Rolls:
