Ingredients

🥐 24 frozen dough dinner rolls

🍗 2 large chicken breasts, diced small
🥄 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder

🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

🧅 1 large onion, diced small
🌶️ 1 bell pepper, diced small (red, yellow, or orange)
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved or shredded)
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🫒 Extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat all the rolls)

Instructions

1- Prepare Dough:

  • Place the frozen dinner rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are about 2 inches apart.
  • Cover with a kitchen towel and let them thaw and rise for about 2 hours, until they double in size.

2- Make Filling:

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and butter.
  • Add the diced chicken and season with chicken bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

3- Cook Vegetables:

  • Add minced garlic, diced onions, and bell peppers to the pan.
  • Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4- Add Cream and Cheese:

  • Pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts.
  • Add salt to taste and cook for a couple more minutes until the mixture slightly thickens.
  • Remember, it will thicken more as it cools.

5- Prepare Pies:
