Instructions
1- Prepare the Kataifi:
- Cut the kataifi into small pieces.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the kataifi and toast until golden brown, stirring constantly for about 8-10 minutes.
2- Mix the Filling:
- Transfer the toasted kataifi into a bowl.
- Add pistachio cream and tahini to the bowl; mix well until everything is evenly combined.
3- Prepare the Strawberries:
- Cut the strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces or slices.
4- Melt the Chocolate:
- Break the chocolate bars into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave in short bursts of about 30 seconds each, stirring well between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.
5- Assemble the Cups:
- Start by placing some strawberries at the bottom of each cup.
- Add a thin layer of melted chocolate over the strawberries.
- Add a layer of the kataifi filling on top of the strawberries and chocolate.
- Repeat the layers of strawberries, melted chocolate, and kataifi filling until the cups are filled.
