Ingredients

โซ 1 tsp black pepper

2 jars Mama's Marinara pasta sauce, 25 oz each
๐ง ยฝ tsp Himalayan pink salt
๐ Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
๐ง Shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
๐ฟ Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1- Prep the Ingredients:
- Dice one large onion and one red bell pepper.
- Mince four cloves of garlic.
2- Brown the Beef:
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook 1.5 lbs of ground beef until browned, using the meat chopper to break it up.
3- Sautรฉ Vegetables:
- Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the browned beef.
- Sautรฉ for 5โ7 minutes until vegetables are softened and fragrant.
4- Season and Combine:
- Add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Stir well to combine.
5- Simmer the Sauce:
- Pour in two jars of Mama's Marinara pasta sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6- Cook the Spaghetti:
- In the meantime, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
7- Final Touch and Serve:
- Adjust the meat sauce seasoning with Himalayan pink salt after simmering, if needed.
- Serve the meat sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
- Top each plate with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
