Ingredients
π₯ 1 cup of warm milk (warmed in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds)

πΎ 4 cups of flour
π§ 1/2 cup of warm water
π« 1 tablespoon of oil (for the bowl)

π₯ 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (for egg wash)

Instructions
1- Activate the Yeast:
- In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of warm milk, 1 tablespoon of dry yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir the mixture, cover it, and let it rest for about 10 minutes until the yeast is activated and frothy.
2- Prepare the Dough:
- Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of salt to the activated yeast mixture.
- Gradually incorporate 4 cups of flour, mixing well with a spatula or your hands. Slowly add 1/2 cup of warm water as needed to bring the dough together.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for several minutes until smooth and elastic.
3- First Rise:
- Lightly oil a large bowl with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl, turning it to coat with oil.
- Cover with a heavy towel and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough doubles in size.
4- Shape the Bread:
- Once risen, divide the dough into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a large ball and roll them out slightly.
- Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and place the dough balls on it.
5- Second Rise:
- Cover the dough balls with a towel for another 15 to 20 minutes to let them rise again.
6- Prepare Egg Wash:
- In a small bowl, mix 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt thoroughly.
7- Bake the Bread:
