Ingredients
π 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin slices

π French fries (frozen or fresh)
π§ Mexican blend cheese, shredded

Instructions
1- Marinate the Chicken:
- Place the chicken slices in a large ziplock bag.
- Add minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, black pepper, cumin, and salt.
- Seal the bag and mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
- Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken slices to the skillet and pan-fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After resting, chop the chicken into small pieces.
3- Prepare the Fries:
- Cook the French fries according to package instructions, either by frying or air-frying them until crispy.
4- Assemble the Super Fries:
- Preheat your oven's broiler on high.
- In an oven-safe dish, layer the cooked fries at the bottom.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of Mexican blend cheese over the fries.
- Spread the chopped chicken over the cheese, followed by another layer of cheese.
- Place the dish under the broiler for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Alternatively, you can melt the cheese by microwaving the dish for 1 minute.
5- Serve:
- Top the melted cheese and chicken with guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious layers of flavors.
