Ingredients

🍪 2 sleeves of graham crackers (18 crackers)
🧈 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
🍫 1 cup chocolate chips
🌰 1 cup walnuts, chopped
🥜 1 cup pistachios, chopped
🥥 1 cup coconut flakes
🥛 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1- Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2- Prepare Crust:

  • Crush the graham crackers finely using a food processor or by placing them in a Ziploc bag and using a rolling pin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix using a spatula or fork until the crumbs are fully coated.

3- Form Base:

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the graham cracker mixture into the pan, pressing it down with the bottom of a cup or measuring cup to form an even crust layer.

4- Layer Ingredients:

  • Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, pistachios, and coconut flakes over the graham cracker crust.

5- Add Sweetness:

  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the layered ingredients, ensuring it covers the top.

6- Bake:

  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges and the coconut top achieve a golden brown hue.

7- Cool and Serve:

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan.
  • Once cooled, slice into bars and serve.
