Ingredients
๐ซ 1 cup black olives
๐ซ 1 cup green olives
๐ถ๏ธ 1/2 cup hot pickled peppers
๐ง 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
๐ฟ 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
๐ง 1 tsp salt
๐ 1 tbsp sumac
๐ฟ 1 tsp dried oregano
๐ฟ 1 tsp dried thyme
๐ Juice of 1 lemon
๐ซ 1 cup olive oil
๐ถ 2 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions
1- Combine the Olives:
โข In a large mixing bowl, add black olives and green olives.
โข Mix to combine.
2- Add Heat and Aromatics:
โข Add the hot pickled peppers and sliced garlic.
โข Toss gently to distribute evenly.
3- Add Herbs and Seasonings:
โข Sprinkle in the chopped parsley, salt, sumac, oregano, and thyme.
โข Mix to coat the olives well with herbs and spices.
4- Add Acid and Oil:
โข Pour in the lemon juice and white vinegar.
โข Stir to incorporate.
5- Finish with Olive Oil:
โข Pour in the olive oil and toss everything together thoroughly.
โข Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
6- Serve or Store:
โข Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
