Ingredients
For the Chicken:

Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with whisked eggs, corn starch, flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well to ensure the chicken is well-coated. Set aside to marinate for a few minutes.
2- Prepare the Sauce:
- In another bowl, combine the orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili flakes, corn starch, and water.
- Stir until everything is well-mixed and the sugar is dissolved.
3- Fry the Chicken:
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken pieces in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry each batch for about 5 minutes or until the chicken turns golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4- Cook the Sauce:
