Ingredients

Instructions

1- Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2- Mix Wet Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, eggs, vegetable oil, regular sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

3- Add Dry Ingredients:

  • To the wet mixture, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
  • Stir until just combined and smooth.

4- Prepare Cream Cheese Filling:

  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

5- Assemble Muffins:

  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease them lightly.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.
