Ingredients
📦 1 box of brownie mix
🥚 2 eggs
🫒 1/2 cup oil
🌾 1/3 cup flour
🍫 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
🍫 2 Reese’s chocolate peanut butter bars (7.37 oz each)
🥜 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
🧂 Flaky salt (optional)
Instructions
1- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
2- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, crack and whisk the eggs.
- Add in the oil. Mix until well combined.
3- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- Gradually incorporate the brownie mix into the egg and oil mixture.
- Add the flour and stir until the batter is smooth.
4- Add Chocolates:
- Chop one of the Reese’s chocolate bars into bite-sized pieces.
- Gently fold them into the batter, along with the dark chocolate chips.
5- Form Cookies:
- Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion out dough balls.
- Space them about two inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. This mix should yield approximately 18 cookies.
6- Top with Reese's Pieces:
- Chop the second Reese’s bar.
- Carefully place two pieces on top of each cookie mound.
7- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 9 minutes.
- The cookies should have a soft center but are set around the edges.
8- Cool:
- Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven.
- Allow them to cool on the tray for 5-10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
9- Drizzle Peanut Butter:
- Microwave the peanut butter for about 30 seconds to make it easier to drizzle.
- Drizzle it over the cooled cookies and, if desired, finish with a light sprinkle of flaky salt.
