Ingredients

🥚 3 eggs
🍚 1 cup sugar
🫒 1 cup oil (vegetable, canola, or corn)
🥄 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
🥥 2 cups unsweetened coconut
🌾 2 and 2/4 cups flour

Instructions

1- Preheat Oven:

4- Shape Cookies:

  • Dip your fingers in oil to prevent the dough from sticking.

5- Coat with Sesame Seeds:

  • Roll each shaped cookie in sesame seeds to ensure they are evenly coated on all sides.
