Ingredients

🧅 1 large onion, cut into round slices
🌶️ 2 jalapeños, cut into round slices
🧂 Pinch of salt
For the Sauce:
🥄 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🍅 3 tablespoons ketchup
🟡 2 tablespoons mustard
🍯 2 tablespoons sweet relish
🍶 1 tablespoon white vinegar
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Toppings:
🥬 Lettuce
🍅 Tomatoes
🥒 Pickles
🧀 Shredded Cheese (your favorite)
Instructions
1- Warm Up the Skillet:
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then tip in the sliced onions and jalapeños.
- Season with a pinch of salt and sauté until they are tender and golden-brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2- Prepare the Ground Beef:
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Break it up into smaller pieces.
- Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
- Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
3- Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, white vinegar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
4- Prepare Toppings:
- Chop and dice the lettuce and tomatoes. Set aside.
5- Assemble the Burger Bowls:
- In each bowl, start with a bed of lettuce.
- Add a portion of the cooked beef.
- Top with sautéed onions and jalapeños, followed by tomatoes, pickles, and shredded cheese.
