Ingredients

For the Ground Burger:
🥩 1 pound ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder
⚫ 1 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
🌶️ 1 teaspoon chili powder

For the Sautéed Onions & Jalapeños:
🫒 3 tablespoons olive oil
🧅 1 large onion, cut into round slices
🌶️ 2 jalapeños, cut into round slices
🧂 Pinch of salt

For the Sauce:
🥄 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🍅 3 tablespoons ketchup
🟡 2 tablespoons mustard
🍯 2 tablespoons sweet relish
🍶 1 tablespoon white vinegar
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Toppings:
🥬 Lettuce
🍅 Tomatoes
🥒 Pickles
🧀 Shredded Cheese (your favorite)

Instructions

1- Warm Up the Skillet:

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then tip in the sliced onions and jalapeños.
Season with a pinch of salt and sauté until they are tender and golden-brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2- Prepare the Ground Beef:

In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Break it up into smaller pieces.
Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.

3- Make the Sauce:
