Instructions

1- Prep the Vegetables:

  • Chop one large onion and red bell pepper into fine pieces.

2- Prepare the Beef:

  • Break up shaved beef into bite-sized pieces.

3- Sauté:

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 5-6 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
