Instructions
1- Prep the Vegetables:
- Chop one large onion and red bell pepper into fine pieces.
2- Prepare the Beef:
- Break up shaved beef into bite-sized pieces.
3- Sauté:
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
