Instructions
1- Prepare the Aromatics:
- Place the onion, garlic, parsley, and red bell pepper into a food processor.
- Blend until you achieve a finely chopped consistency.
2- Mix the Chicken Kofta:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the blended aromatics.
- Add chicken bouillon, Sazón con todo, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
- Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
3- Mix the Beef Kofta:
- In another bowl, combine the ground beef with the blended aromatics.
- Add salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, allspice, and black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
4- Form the Patties:
- Using your hands, shape the chicken and beef mixture into small, even-sized patties.
5- Cook the Kofta Patties:
- Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
