🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
🌿 1 teaspoon allspice
🧂 1 teaspoon black pepper

For Serving:
🥖 Sandwich rolls or pita bread

Instructions

1- Prepare the Aromatics:

• Place the onion, garlic, parsley, and red bell pepper into a food processor.
• Blend until you achieve a finely chopped consistency.

2- Mix the Chicken Kofta:

• In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the blended aromatics.
• Add chicken bouillon, Sazón con todo, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
• Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

3- Mix the Beef Kofta:

• In another bowl, combine the ground beef with the blended aromatics.
• Add salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, allspice, and black pepper.
• Mix thoroughly until well combined.

4- Form the Patties:

• Using your hands, shape the chicken and beef mixture into small, even-sized patties.

5- Cook the Kofta Patties:
