Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Cut the chicken breasts horizontally to create 6 fillets.
  • Cover each fillet with plastic wrap and gently pound them using the smooth side of a meat mallet until they are even in thickness.

2- Season the Chicken:

  • Sprinkle both sides of each chicken fillet with salt and black pepper to enhance flavor.

3- Prepare Coatings:

  • In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the seasoned breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and additional black pepper.
