Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Place chicken breasts on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to slice them into thin cutlets. This helps them cook quickly and evenly.

2- Prepare the Coating:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.

  • In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

3- Coat the Chicken:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil.

4- Fry the Chicken:
