🍗 3 chicken breasts, each cut in half

Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Cut the chicken breasts in half and season with paprika, lemon pepper, garlic powder, adobo, and chili powder.
2- Sear the Chicken:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3- Sauté Aromatics:
- In the same pan, add unsalted butter.
- Once melted, add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
4- Cook the Mushrooms:
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.

6- Finish the Sauce:
