🍗 3 chicken breasts, each cut in half
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
🍋 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🧂 1 teaspoon adobo
🌶️ 1 teaspoon chili powder
🫒 2 tablespoons oil
🧈 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
🧅 1 large onion, chopped
🧄 3 cloves of garlic, minced
🍄 1.5 lb mushrooms, sliced
🌾 2 tablespoons flour
🥛 1/2 cup of heavy cream
🍗 1 cup of chicken broth
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌿 Parsley for garnish

Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

Cut the chicken breasts in half and season with paprika, lemon pepper, garlic powder, adobo, and chili powder.

2- Sear the Chicken:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
