Ingredients

For the Brussels Sprouts:

🧂 1 tablespoon salt (for boiling the Brussels sprouts)

🧅 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
🧀 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)

For the Caesar Dipping Sauce:
🥄 1/4 cup plain yogurt
🥄 1/4 cup mayonnaise
🍯 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🥄 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
🧀 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
🧂 1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste
🌶️ 1/8 teaspoon black pepper or to taste


Instructions

1- Prepare the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).

2- Prep the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Trim the stems off the Brussels sprouts and remove any loose or discolored leaves.
  • Boil a pot of water and add the Brussels sprouts along with 1 tablespoon of salt. Boil for about 10 minutes, then strain and set aside.

3- Season the Brussels Sprouts:

  • In a large bowl, combine the boiled Brussels sprouts with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until all sprouts are well-coated.

4- Smash and Bake:

  • Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
