Instructions
1- Prepare the Beans:
- Soak the Great Northern beans in water overnight. The next day, drain them.
- Place the soaked beans in a pot, add water to cover, and boil for about 20 minutes until they turn tender.
- Drain again and set aside.
2- Cook the Meat:
- Cook your stew meat in a pressure cooker or on the stove until tender.
- Set aside.
3- Sautรฉ Aromatics:
- Place a pot on the stove over medium heat. Add the olive oil and let it warm up.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautรฉing for about a minute until fragrant.
4- Add Tomato Paste:

5- Combine Meat & Beans:

- Pour in the 6 cups of hot water and stir well.

7- Serve:
