Instructions

1- Prepare the Ground Beef:

  • Heat a skillet over high heat, add the ground beef, and cook for about 10 minutes until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sautรฉ with the beef for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced tomato and taco seasoning, cover with a lid, and let cook for another 5 minutes. Set the mixture aside.
