Ingredients
🥩 2.5 pounds beef round steak

Instructions
1- Prepare the Beef:
Cut the beef round steak into thin, bite-sized slices.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 cup of corn starch and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
2- Prepare Aromatics:
- Thinly slice the green onions. Mince the ginger and garlic, then set aside.
3- Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and corn starch until well combined.
4- Air Fry the Beef:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each batch of beef and air fry in two separate batches for 10 minutes each, or until the beef is crispy and cooked through.
5- Cook the Aromatics:
In a nonstick pan or wok, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic, ginger, and sliced green onions, along with the chili flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
6- Combine and Serve:
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the aromatics and stir well. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
