Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, seasoned salt, coriander, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, and cinnamon.
- Add garlic cloves, sliced onion, and lemon juice to the mix.
- Stir well and add the chicken slices. Ensure they are fully coated.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
2- Fry the Vegetables:
- While the chicken is marinating, peel, slice, and fry the potatoes and eggplant until golden. Set aside. Alternatively, these can be air-fried or baked for a lighter option.
3- Cook the Chicken:
- After marinating, heat a pan over high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
4- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Arrange the cooked chicken, fried potatoes, fried eggplant, and sliced vegetables (red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, parsley) on a large serving platter.
