🧅 1 large shallot, sliced
🧄 5 cloves garlic, sliced
🍅 1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
🫒 1 cup green pitted olives, sliced
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, or to taste
🍋 Zest of 1 lemon
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🌿 1/2 cup chopped parsley (reserve a little for garnish)


Instructions

1- Prepare the Shrimp:

  • Clean and devein the shrimp.
  • Place them in a large bowl and pat dry with a paper towel.

2- Season the Shrimp:

  • Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and black pepper to the shrimp.
  • Mix until evenly coated.

4- Sauté Aromatics:
