Instructions

1- Prepare the Seasoning Mixture:

  • In a bowl, combine the seasoned salt, Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

2- Season the Tilapia:

  • Coat each side of the tilapia fillets with half of the seasoning mixture.

3- Prepare the Coating:

  • In a separate bowl, mix the remaining spice mixture with the Italian style breadcrumbs.
  • In another bowl, crack the eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

4- Coat the Fish:

  • Dip each seasoned tilapia fillet into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Then, dredge the fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well.
