Additional Ingredients:
🍝 1 lb pasta (your favorite, cooked according to package directions)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes, diced
🌿 Parsley, chopped
Instructions
1- Prepare the Beef Mixture:
- Set a pan on medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced onions, minced garlic, sweet paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, curry powder, and cumin. Cook for another 10 minutes until the beef is well browned and the onions are soft.
2- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Strain and set aside.
3- Prepare the Butter Sauce:
- In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sweet paprika and cook for a couple of minutes. Set aside.
4- Mix the Yogurt Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and flaky salt. Mix well to combine.
5- Prepare the Fresh Toppings:
- Dice the cherry tomatoes and chop the parsley.
6- Assemble the Pasta Bowl:
- Arrange the cooked pasta in a serving bowl. Spoon the yogurt sauce over the pasta, followed by the seasoned beef mixture.
