🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌱 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
🌿 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Butter Sauce:
🧈 1 stick unsalted butter
🌶️ 1.5 tablespoons sweet paprika

Yogurt Sauce:
🥛 2 cups Greek yogurt
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🧂 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt

Additional Ingredients:
🍝 1 lb pasta (your favorite, cooked according to package directions)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes, diced

Instructions

1- Prepare the Beef Mixture:

Set a pan on medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the diced onions, minced garlic, sweet paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, curry powder, and cumin. Cook for another 10 minutes until the beef is well browned and the onions are soft.

2- Cook the Pasta:

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Strain and set aside.

3- Prepare the Butter Sauce:

In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sweet paprika and cook for a couple of minutes. Set aside.
