Instructions
1- Prepare the Dates:
- Begin by pitting the Medjool dates.
- Gently slice one side open and remove the pit, being careful to keep the dates intact as much as possible.
- Set the prepared dates aside.

- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.

3- Fill the Dates:
- Using a small spoon, fill each date with approximately 1-2 teaspoons of the coconut filling.
- Gently press the sides of the date back together to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with all the dates.
4- Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
