🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the Creamy Mayo Sauce:
🥄 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🥄 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
🌿 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🌑 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
- Once cooked, drain them thoroughly.
2- Season and Smash:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, gently toss the cooked potatoes with olive oil and all the spices.
- Ensure that each potato is well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using a heavy glass or the palm of your hand, gently smash each potato until slightly flattened.
3- Bake:
- Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven.

4- Prepare the Sauce:
- While the potatoes are baking, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper in a small bowl.
