  • 🧅 2 12oz bags frozen pearl onions
  • 🧈 2 tablespoons butter, sliced thin
  • 🍃 2 bay leaves

Instructions

1- Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2- Prepare Beef:

  • Cut the beef or lamb into small, uniform pieces.

3- Mix the Marinade:

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, pomegranate molasses, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, 7 spice, cumin, rosemary, lemon juice, and chicken stock.
  • Stir well to mix.

4- Combine Ingredients:

  • Add the beef or lamb pieces, garlic slices, and pearl onions into the bowl.
