Instructions
1- Prepare Whipped Ricotta:

2- Prepare Apples:
- Peel and chop 2 large apples into small diced pieces using a standard metal vegetable peeler and a chefβs knife on a dark wooden butcher block cutting board.
3- Cook Apple Filling:
- In a Caraway medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the butter is golden brown and smells nutty, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped apples and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons each of brown and regular sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon thyme. Stir to coat.
