Ingredients
🍄 1 tray of mushrooms, sliced (8 oz)
🧅 1/2 medium onion, sliced
🌿 Spinach, as much as you want
🥚 5 eggs
🧀 1 cup of your favorite cheese
🥛 1/4 cup of heavy cream
🧂 1/2 teaspoon of salt
🧂 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
🧄 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
🌶️ 1/8 teaspoon of chili flakes (or to taste)

Instructions
