Ingredients
For the Cornbread Casserole:
📦 1 box of vegetarian corn muffin mix
🥚 2 eggs
🧈 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
🥄 1 cup of sour cream
🌽 1 (14.75 oz) can of creamed corn
🌽 1 (15.25 oz) can of whole corn, drained
🍚 1/3 cup of sugar
🧂 1/8 teaspoon of salt

For the Honey Butter Glaze:
🧈 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
🍯 2 tablespoons of honey
Instructions
1- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
2- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs.
- Add 1/3 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, and the melted butter.
- Mix thoroughly.
3- Combine Corn Mixtures:
- Add the can of creamed corn, the drained can of whole corn, and the corn muffin mix into the egg mixture.
- Stir until just combined.
4- Add Sour Cream:
- Gently fold in the sour cream.
