Instructions

- In a large pot or Dutch oven white enamel interior, light grey exterior melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat.
2- Cook Vegetables:
- Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrots.
- Cook for 6β8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
3- Add Garlic and Ginger:
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger.
4- Add Spices:
- Add the turmeric, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
